I have irritable bowel syndrome and I'm afraid of having a poo accident in public. For example imagine if I wear an adult diaper out in public underneath my pants just to be safe and I go to church grounds or mass - what happens if suddenly I have diarrhea I can't hold in (and no free toilet) and the diaper isn't enough and it leaks out my pants and on the church floor?
