Please pray for my husband George to improve. He has COPD and has had quite a few hospital visits the last few years. Developed some mild dementia and also has congestive heart failure. He is 77. He was so very uncooperative the last few times he was at the hospital that he wasn't complying with the treatments and things so they advise that maybe home hospice would serve him better. A lot of things were better. He's had ups and downs with times he's doing really well with the fair amount of energy clear headed talking about things from when he was younger, etc. but he's had a couple of spells where he did very badly and got extremely weak and shaky even falling twice with his oxygen level very low and with a vacant expression on his face sometimes. Our middle son got into some trouble with the law and has been incarcerated for the last year and a half. He is scheduled to be released in 2 weeks. He and my husband have always been very close and had a special bond. Please pray that my husband can have another period of time when he bounces back and my son can see him and visit with him in the way he's used to. My husband was doing really great until just a few days ago went out of the nowhere something changed. I think he may have gotten a hold of a cigarette during a birthday gathering next door and with his cardiovascular disease just that small amount of vasoconstriction can lead to loss of nutrients and oxygen to his brain. It's happened several other times. Please also pray that my family can forgive our middle son for the bad things he did that affected their lives. It has all blown over and although the damages are immense, life is very short and I want to be able to see them able to forgive each other before it's too late. Please pray not only for my husband George but for our son to be accepted and to restart his life in a positive way without everyone staying completely against him as they have been these last couple of years.
