Please pray I can fill out all of the forms necessary to switch doctors for our grandson. He hasn't had a pediatrician in this area for many years. It's an eleven page form about his medical history, etc. Some parts questions seem so confusing nd unnecessary. I also have to call the Medicaid health plan he's subscribed to and get the provider switched. I know I can get it done, but if you could please pray for me to get it done quickly and correctly today.
