Please pray that I can overcome this panic attack. I've been shaking, heart racing, gasping for breath and no matter what I can't shake this feeling of extreme anxiety. Please pray for me to be calm and not reactive to anything going on with loved ones today. As a mother, I have many worries. Holy Mary, Mother of God, you were a mother during tumultuous and scary situations with your son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Please intercede and give me a little of your peace and calm. Please ask your Son, Jesus, to intercede for me on behalf of my own son's and daughter.
