Please pray for my grandchildren to have a good start to school and that it isn't too stressful. My daughter's youngest, Adrianna struggles with depression and some learning difficulties. She is 14 and entering first year of highschool Wednesday morning. My grandson, Leonidas, who is like a son to me, is going into 2nd grade. He is autistic and has severe anxiety about how the school year will go. He has been told he's stupid and he's so worried about not being able to read well. He talk about it constantly. The school offered him tutoring, but his Dad wouldn't allow it, which makes it so much harder for him to try and keep up. Please help him feel ok about it. Please also pray that Shauna continues to get good news from insurance to finish her house. It is beginning to look like things are moving forward at last, she has a new representative, but has to get a contractor going and the insurance check is supposed to be in the mail as of today. It was mailed to the wrong address in July it turned out. Her hotel stay is good until August 22, so she won't be homeless while waiting. Praises to the Lord and thank you everyone who has been praying. Please pray for my son, John, that the financial assistance goes through for his continuing medical care. He's scheduled for an echocardiogram in the morning at 11:00. Please pray he doesn't have to reschedule as he had a small cardiac event about a month ago, with major heart surgery last October.
