Please pray for Matt to be in his right mind and stop having this sudden onset of paranoid delusions. It seemed to come out of nowhere this afternoon and evening. The birthday celebration with the cousins went good, but he got weirder and weirder as the day wore on. Maybe he didn't sleep last night and took some kind of stimulant. I noticed he wasn't in his bed this morning now that I think of it. He just now at 2 AM accused me of some elaborate scheme to have him go to a store earlier so we could search his car. No one was ever near his car. He seemed to believe that nobody wanted to hang out with him today, so he just wants to leave the state and abandon his son and family again. It's such a roller coaster. He needs to come to his senses, even if I know he can't or won't apologize. He probably sees himself as the victim. Things were going so well after the last binge passed and I thought he was going to be ok. It felt like a miracle. Please Lord keep him safe, and bring him home in his right mind. He took off angry muttering something. It's so sad that his mind is so disturbed and he believes we are all out to do him wrong. I just want my precious son, Matt, to be the stable and sane person he used to be. Before methamphetamine entered his life, he was still bipolar. But now it's as if he is tormented by demons. It's sad and scary and heartbreaking. Please let him see it's the drug and mental illness combined that is so bad. He doesn't seem to see anything different about the obvious and dramatic behavior shift.
