Please pray that Kathy will stop blaming others and accept responsibility for what she says and does that hurt others. Let her just be sorry and stop saying "Sorry, BUT .... " . There is NO BUT after sorry if you are truly sorry. She takes the sorry part away by saying BUT and blaming everyone else for her bad behavior. She is 60 years old and is still the bully.
