My Handicap Placard is lost in the mail. I am so worried it won't arrive when my current one expires. Please pray that my placard will arrive TODAY. The RMV said it was sent out on 6/5. My local PO does not have it. I am very anxious about it. Please say a little prayer for me. Thank you.
