Please pray for my sanity and strength. I'm feeling so shell shocked by life that I can't function. My mental state is scaring me. My physical symptoms are concerning me too. I don't feel like myself. I'm like a zombie. I've been in adrenaline fight, flight, freeze mode for months. Maybe even the last two years. Please help.
