Please pray for our son Matt, Alyssa Marie, and Matthew Jr. in coming to some respectful and unified plan to keep Matt from running away and abandoning their 8 year old son AGAIN. He wants to escape the emotion of dealing with all of the rapidly changing dynamic of family life after his son and Alyssa Marie moved back from Idaho to Texas recently. She had a lesbian girlfriend who left back to Idaho yesterday and all seemed to be going in a good direction. Then, this woman, 'Leslie' told Alyssa she's coming back. Matt had started acting crazy, expecting Alyssa Marie to jump back into their old life of man and wife too quickly, and it was too much. He started talking about suicide and moving to California to seek 'happiness', saying he doesn't even care about how it affects his son. He has said he would never leave the boy's side and would be an engaged and active father so many times. Please, St. Joseph intercede for them, reach into Matt's fatherly instinct to love, protect and be always present for his own son, with the same fervor that you, St. Joseph exemplified in being the perfect earthly father to Our Lord, Jesus and His Mother, Mary, our Blessed Mother, Holy Virgin Mother of God.
