Please provide our leaders to make healthy decisions. A judge has just given custody to a father who has been recorded by child to have got on top of him and held his arms across his chest, held him up agains the wall, has had recorded ED visits related to altercations with father. The judge took away custody from mom related to dads accusations of taking the child to multiple health providers. This mother was trying to get help with providers because child was being affected by dad. The legal system lacks funds and has not completed the actions necessary to make an evidence base decision. There has been no given rationale.
