I was guided by my priest to seek consult to end a legal marriage related to the inability of the church to bless our marriage as a result of husbands infidelity and the sexual and psychological trauma that endured. Myself not my children have been protected in the legal system but it was necessary for continued seek of divorce related to fear of disease transmission from husbands behavior of unprotected sex while I was breastfeeding our infant daughter.
Our family legal system has not evaluated the ability to co parent despite my many concerns and has placed our family in jeopardy. The family court system has not audited co parenting and has placed our family in jeopardy. The family court system has failed to protect our children from physical and psychological abuse. The family court system has failed to prevent continued conflict and crisis. The family court system has failed to assist in conflict related to fathers physical abuse towards child that left him in fear and we are enduring psychological health (with more failed systems in our state)
The family court system is failing to protect men women and children and allow for perpetrators to psychological, sexual and physical violence and allow for this violence to continue. The family court system needs reform and accountability to the disasters they continue to allow and look the other way. Our world is surrounded by violence and violence is learned in the home, and has continued by the court systems turning away from the duties of protecting and allowing for perpetrators to continue to harm individuals.
Please continue to pray our judicial system finds reform and humane treatment of individuals who suffer trauma from individuals.
