My current landlord sold the property 6 months after we moved in. Surprise. I’ve saved enough for the down payment for our next place and am truly praying for a miracle for approval, the first months rent and moving expenses. I know that makes me sound naive - I’m not. I’m a classroom aide that doesn’t work over the summer. I waitress at a local hotspot. Im responsible and careful.
